Hethersett Parish Council has arranged an open drop in session at the Methodist Church Hall on Saturday 3rd December from 10am to 2pm to view and comment on the planning application for 1196 houses in the village.
Plans and supporting documentation will be available. This should be a good chance for many people around the village to find out what is proposed and provide the background information for you to be able to comment on the planning application.
To view the application (no: 2011/1804) yourself you can visit South Norfolk Council’s website here.
The online case file looks quite daunting as it is made up of more than 130 individual documents containing public comments, drawings, environmental statements and reports. Below are links to just some of the documents and plans (not comprehensive in any way) – please do have a browse yourself as well to get the full picture:
*Please note at the time of writing some of the documents on the South Norfolk Council website, including the masterplan and planning statement, are unavailable due to an internal server error *
